Our floor plans in the Villa Section start at 1250 square feet (living area) with prices starting in the $180's. Remaining home sites in our community start at 1600 square feet (living area) with prices starting at $215,000. - Can clubhouse be rented?
Yes. The clubhouse will feature ample space appropriately designed for hosting functions. - What will the Homeowners Association dues be? What does the dues cover?
